The goal was to turn these static directory information pages into dynamic entries into the browse and bid experience. We gave each department the tools to own and update their interaction with clients throughout the year.
The Old Design
We approached the development team with a roadmap for improvements. We created joint tasks to redefine elements of the front and backend to achieve our objective. This work had the added benefit of increasing the speed of future updates to the website.
