Gallery One was an initiative to create weekly auction drops that focused on lower price points to attract new clients. This model provided Phillips many insights, ultimately transforming how the company handled special offerings in the future.

Starting Point
We worked with stakeholders and departments to identify the business needs and logistics around creating this new platform. We defined new client needs, educating and implementing our teams so that everything ran smoothly.
Testing, Growing, & Education
Gallery One started as a New York based auction initiative with inventory shipping locally. Eventually we grew the platform to offer auctions in our geographical footprints: London and Hong Kong.
That expansion entailed, in part, defining the schedule across each region and updating the messaging for the global offerings.
Gallery One paved the way for other online sales capabilities such as select auctions drops from single artist activations. This further grew the auction calendar and offerings for the business.
