Over the 10 years that I spent at Phillips I wore many different hats. As a contractor I designed their first mobile app, which gave clients the take part in the auction anywhere in the world.

Transforming many of their physical touch points into digital interactions for clients and the business alike. From registering for a sale and advanced bidding to streamlining the payment flow post sale.

Spearheading UX and UI design for live auctions and weekly drop auctions. Working with in-house development teams and technology venders to realize the vision of each initiative.

Reimagining the homepage, and showcasing editorial and video experiences across the website and email marketing strategies.

Streamlining how digital assets and created on a global scale for each of our main markets and departments.

From managing the daily and weekly needs of departments as well as envisioning where Phillips would go in the future.

Digital Asset Guidelines

Setting up guidelines, first starts with taking stock of the current landscape of the website and understanding how images function across the pages. Then coming up with solutions for streamlining those image assets. Working with photographers and departments make sure they are educated on why new guidelines are important as well as making sure they adhere to them.

Making tools for them to see how an image will look across all breakpoints so they are able to select images that would best across all applications.

Understanding that guidelines will be different for each department or subject matter being photographed, but coming up with the solution for how they are all handled across all touch points from the website, or gallery screens, to marketing materials.
